Workflow Automation
Identify and review images, automate manual steps, and drive form and response logic with AI that makes decisions ordinary software can’t.
Applied AI
Not a chatbot bolted onto your homepage because everyone has one. AI that earns its place: reviewing images, automating the tedious work, guiding how your systems respond, and putting your own knowledge an answer away. We’ve been building this since before it was the thing to do.
Talk through an AI ideaThe hard part
There’s no shortage of AI demos. The hard part isn’t getting a model to say something impressive once. It’s wiring it into a real business process so it’s accurate, reliable, and actually saves someone time every day.
That’s the work we do. We’ve been building conversational systems since the Dialogflow era, long before large language models made it fashionable, and we’ve carried that pragmatism forward. We work across the major models, from OpenAI and Anthropic to open-source models run locally with Ollama, because the right choice depends on your problem, your data and your budget, not on whoever is winning the news cycle this month.
And we have a rule: AI should enhance your people, not replace them. The best implementations we’ve built take the tedious, error-prone work off a team’s plate so they can do the work that actually needs a human.
What we build
Identify and review images, automate manual steps, and drive form and response logic with AI that makes decisions ordinary software can’t.
Assistants that answer from your own content (benefits, documentation, policies, product data), grounded in your material instead of made up.
Connect AI safely to the systems your business runs on, using the Model Context Protocol, with access scoped to exactly what it should touch.
How we decide
Plenty of problems don’t need AI. A well-built form, a clean integration, or a bit of traditional code is often faster, cheaper and more reliable. Because we build all of those things too, we have no reason to sell you a model you don’t need.
When we do recommend AI, it’s because it does something ordinary software can’t: understand messy input, make a judgment call, or pull the right answer out of a pile of documents. That’s where it moves the needle. Everywhere else, we build the simpler thing.
Proof
Employees have questions about their medical, retirement and other benefits. The answers are on their employer’s benefits site and in the plan documents, and people rarely find them.
Through our agency partners, we’ve deployed dozens of AI benefits assistants for employers, including a Fortune 100 pharmaceutical company. Each one answers from that employer’s own content, in the employer’s own terms, and links to its sources. Employees get an answer in seconds instead of digging for it.

Tools like ManyChat and Dialogflow enabled businesses to build simple, rule-based conversational experiences that handled common inquiries and basic workflows. But with rapid advancements in artificial intelligence, the scope of what chatbots can do has expanded dramatically. Today, a new
