Three tiers available:

Basic updates to ensure security patches and vendor updates are applied to the system. This does not include any time for bug fixes or incremental updates to the site.

Support types included:

• All features of Minimum support plan, plus
• 3rd party dependency adaptive support
• Preventative maintenance (periodic updates to plugins, security patches, etc)

This maintenance tier includes everything from the Basic tier above, plus up to 2 hours of the following types of services:

• Defect resolution
• Perfective UI/UX updates
• Anticipated business logic or rule changes (perhaps mandated by law)
• Code refactoring (to improve maintainability)

Recommended tier includes maintenance and support time during standard business hours.
